By allowing you to secure the property and arranging permanent financing without the rush and on your own terms you will often end up with more competitive terms for your long term financing on the property. Many investors know this is well worth it.
We make sure to avoid rigid/inflexible criteria and look at the investor & property on a very case by case basis. If another lender has turned you down, we may be able to make the deal work. We pride ourselves on being able to understand the deal from both ends and use that knowledge in conjunction with our creativity to try and make a deal work. Once we have all the information requested, we can usually get you approved and funded & closed in under 2 weeks. If there is something which can get a loan approved, which is otherwise unable, we will relay to you exactly what is missing & try and point you in the right direction.
